**Job Description Summary:**
You will be responsible for evaluating and supervising various processes related to component repair, as well as providing timely information and resources to meet established programs, ensuring proper administration of assigned resources in accordance with existing policies and achieving the objectives set forth in CRC.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and ensure compliance with each planned repair and/or evaluation process, guaranteeing that work execution adheres to Finning Chile S.A. and Caterpillar standards.
* Diagnose and evaluate equipment using Caterpillar’s technical and administrative software.
* Analyze written materials such as service manuals, parts manuals, and mechanical maintenance forms.
* Ensure compliance with repair performance indicators and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Prepare and draft Technical Reports.
* Perform repairs on various component lines and provide repair recommendations.
* Focus work on loss management and control while ensuring personnel safety and environmental protection.
* Conduct tests, adjustments, and fault diagnostics in the workshop.
* Analyze requirements for renewal and repair of workshop equipment and tools.
* Actively supervise and participate in activities related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) management to ensure compliance with the Risk Prevention Policy and Sustainable Management Policy.
**Requirements:**
* Professional technician graduated from an Institute or University, majoring in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electricity; or a Bachelor of Engineering.
* Minimum of **5 to 7 years’ experience in maintenance of mining-sector equipment**.
* Willingness to work a **5x2 rotating shift schedule at our branch**.
* Physical and mental health compatible with job performance.
If you are currently employed by the company, please also note the following **internal application requirements** for this role:
* Minimum of **1 year of tenure in your current position**.
* A performance evaluation score of **“Meets Expectations” or higher (minimum score of 3)**.
* Minimum eligibility level: **T2**
* Fulfillment of the above-mentioned education and experience requirements.
