Ensure project execution and regulatory compliance **Job Description** ---------------------- Comprehensively manage sanitation infrastructure projects and network expansion, ensuring proper execution and commissioning. 1\. Participate in the development and implementation of infrastructure construction projects, according to client and internal department requirements. 2\. Address feasibility requests for drinking water and sewerage services requiring network extensions, in accordance with the concession area, studies, and Development Plan. 3\. Provide technical assistance during project materialization and implementation. 4\. Participate in non-regulated business activities related to new drinking water (DW) and sewerage (SW) networks and construction inspections. 5\. Ensure projects are executed according to investment or operational plans, technical and administrative specifications, deadlines, approved drawings, and supporting documentation. 6\. Respond to inquiries from designers and consulting firms regarding public and residential projects. 7\. Approve public drinking water and sewerage network projects in accordance with Chilean regulations, SISS instructions, and internal standards. 8\. Review and endorse residential projects with public characteristics for drinking water and sewerage. 9\. Calculate reimbursable financing contributions based on capacity and prepare corresponding contracts. 10\. Validate capacity-based reimbursable contribution calculations performed by commercial zones. 11\. Coordinate with internal departments on network zoning, easements, and wastewater communities. 12\. Prepare reports and certificates for project acceptance, including those reimbursable due to extension. 13\. Evaluate extension-reimbursable works, plan and budget them, and issue internal reports. 14\. Request budgets for works associated with assigned projects. 15\. Conduct technical-economic evaluations to provide sanitation services outside the operational territory. 16\. Ensure and promote implementation of the company’s management systems. 17\. Report progress and results to management and coordinate related activities. 18\. Perform other duties assigned by management within the scope of this position. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * UNIVERSITY DEGREE: CIVIL ENGINEERING OR CIVIL ENGINEERING IN CIVIL WORKS. * MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PUBLIC AND RESIDENTIAL NETWORK PROJECT DEVELOPMENT. * DESIRABLE: OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION AND SANITARY REGULATIONS. SIEBEL. GIS. AUTOCAD. * CLASS B DRIVER'S LICENSE (EXCLUSIVE). AVAILABILITY TO WORK ON-SITE AND WITH FLEXIBLE HOURS. * INTERMEDIATE MS OFFICE SKILLS.
