Key role in ensuring quality and preventing risks. **Job Description** ---------------------- Coordinate and supervise the operational functioning of industrial plants to ensure manufacturing plans are met under strict standards. Operational Monitoring: Supervise production, packaging, and dispatch workflows, guaranteeing continuity of production lines and performance of technological equipment. Shift and Personnel Management: Lead personnel handover, establish period priorities, and manage attendance or overtime requirements. Logistics and Maintenance Support: Coordinate with the technical department for urgent repairs and support leadership in internal equipment distribution.
