We are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of **ANALYST**, to join our Central Business Services (CBS) Risk team. The primary objective of this Analyst will be to support compliance with Know Your Client (KYC) policies and identify potential risks related to establishing or maintaining business relationships with clients or third parties. In this internal compliance role, the main responsibilities will be as follows: * Conduct detailed external searches regarding company owners and corporate structures—including subsidiaries—to identify relevant parties. * Apply KYC policies and assess potential risks associated with entering into business relationships with prospective clients. * Identify risks related to proposed relationships and implement safeguards such as risk mitigation controls. * Serve as liaison between Canadian firm professionals and other internal support teams to obtain information about scope of business and services. * Prepare reports outlining required actions and safeguards related to Canadian clients. * Conduct detailed external searches on companies and/or executives/management to identify negative or derogatory information that could affect the reputation and integrity of the Canadian firm. * Report directly and regularly to team management in Chile, and ultimately to management in Canada. * Undertake other assigned projects as required. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Law (including Legal Technicians), Business Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory requirement\- fluency preferred).
