Job Summary: We are seeking a Selection Psychologist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, profile analysis, and coordination of all stages, including medical examinations. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in selection processes for the mining sector We are looking for a **Selection Psychologist** to join a project lasting approximately **4 months**, ideally with experience in selection processes within the **mining sector**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Conduct profile identification and analysis. * Publish and manage job postings across various channels. * Perform resume screening and competency-based interviews. * Coordinate all stages of the selection process. * **Coordinate occupational and/or pre-employment medical examinations at mutual aid organizations and relevant medical centers.** * Track medical examination results and status. * Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and internal clients. * Prepare reports and documentation related to selection processes. * Manage selection processes according to specified requirements and deadlines. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Psychology**. * Prior experience in **Recruitment and Selection**. * Desirable experience in selection processes for the **mining sector**. * Experience coordinating **pre-employment/occupational medical examinations** and candidate follow-up. * Proficiency in recruitment platforms and digital tools. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and goal-oriented mindset. * **Availability to work on a project basis for approximately 4 months.**
