Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to design, plan, evaluate, and implement disruptive and continuous improvement logistics projects at Falabella Retail. Key Highlights: 1. Work agilely with multiple teams to optimize processes **Job Description** ---------------------- Design, plan, evaluate, and implement logistics-facing projects, maximizing benefits while ensuring alignment with objectives and scope. A Project Manager for the Innovation Management team is responsible for implementing disruptive and continuous improvement projects that will increase logistics efficiency for Falabella Retail—one of the company’s most critical pillars. The challenge lies in staying at the forefront of best practices in logistics, deeply understanding operations, and being capable of managing change and adoption of new operational workflows, automations, and/or systems. We are an excellence-oriented team, operating with agility and collaborating closely with multiple teams to get things done. We continuously implement projects that optimize processes, reduce logistics costs, increase productivity, improve on-time delivery performance, and enhance our delivery offerings. Therefore, a Project Manager is expected to: * Lead assigned projects while maintaining an end-to-end view of workflows * Coordinate with multiple teams and present project status updates to various managers * Define and ensure success metrics for initiatives * Identify essential resources required for project success * Align managers and diverse teams toward shared goals * Identify and mitigate risks that may create obstacles * Oversee comprehensive project planning * Communicate initiative status to stakeholders **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Residency in Santiago or surrounding areas, with willingness to work on-site * Industrial Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineer, or related degree * 2–4 years of experience (at least 1 year in logistics preferred) * Experience managing projects * Intermediate SQL proficiency (preferred) * Knowledge of Lean tools * Advanced proficiency in Office tools * Advanced proficiency in project management tools (preferred) * Jira\-Confluence experience (preferred) * Intermediate English (preferred) This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
