Additionally, the candidate must: Implement standardization of operational intelligence processes and the Operational Intelligence Center to promote operational efficiency and system robustness, fostering engagement from internal departments. Coordinate departmental activities and consolidate information to ensure compliance with established procedures and technical requirements. Analyze, evaluate, and propose new technologies, integrations, and solutions for operational intelligence processes and the Operational Intelligence Center to pursue optimization, digital transformation, continuous operational improvement, and delivery of the project portfolio. Monitor the performance of operational intelligence platforms and the Operational Intelligence Center to manage solutions with vendors and internal departments in case of failures, in accordance with timeframes specified in procedures and contracts. Participate in emergency mitigation measures and analyze failures in operational systems—whether drinking water or wastewater—to propose improvements and support operational continuity.
