Position Summary: Drive producer development through nutritional advisory services and project management, serving as a fundamental pillar for productive development in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Develop educational materials and deliver training sessions to strengthen competencies. **Job Description** ---------------------- Your objective will be to drive producer development through nutritional advisory services and support in project management. What will your challenges be? In this role, you will serve as a fundamental pillar for productive development in the field, performing key functions such as: * Comprehensive Technical Advisory: Lead advisory support to producers on calf rearing, ration (diet) formulation, and pasture management to optimize production. * Investment Project Management: Identify opportunities and manage government-funded projects (e.g., INDAP) and technical assistance initiatives aimed at improving on-farm infrastructure. * Knowledge Transfer: Develop educational materials and deliver training sessions that strengthen the competencies of producers and sector advisors. * Loyalty and Quality Assurance: Ensure raw materials meet the highest quality standards, building relationships of trust and transparency with our Cooperative Members. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Veterinary Medicine or Agricultural Engineering degree * 2–3 years of experience providing technical advisory services to dairy producers (preferred but not mandatory) * Proficiency in ration formulation; familiarity with specialized software (AMTS or NDS) is desirable. * Valid Class B driver’s license and physical fitness suitable for fieldwork **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
