Job Summary: We are seeking Telephone Operators for the Hotel Operations and Risk team, whose mission is to receive internal and external calls with high service standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle internal and external customer calls to the highest standards. 2. Provide wake-up service to guests upon request. 3. Relevant experience and advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese (mandatory). At Valle Nevado—the most modern ski center in South America—the recruitment process for the 2026 Winter Season has begun. Therefore, we require Telephone Operators to join the Hotel Operations and Risk team, whose primary mission will be to receive internal and external calls with the highest service standards, provide information, and route calls appropriately. Responsibilities: * Handle internal and external calls from Valle Nevado customers. * Receive and relay messages for internal and external Valle Nevado customers. * Provide wake-up service to guests upon request. Requirements: * Minimum one year of relevant experience. * Completed secondary education. * Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese (mandatory). * Availability to work rotating shifts (11x3). * Medical fitness for high-altitude work (+3,000 meters).
