We are seeking an Environmental Supervisor to lead regulatory compliance, waste management, and energy efficiency across Parque Arauco’s facilities and branches nationwide. Responsibilities: Ensure all electrical and HVAC maintenance activities strictly comply with current environmental and energy legislation, as well as Parque Arauco’s Integrated Corporate Policy. Identify and control Significant Energy Uses (SEUs) related to the operation of chillers, cooling towers, air handling units (AHUs), electrical panels, and preventive maintenance. Management and recordkeeping of hazardous waste. Monitoring, control, and audits. Education: Environmental Engineer, Natural Resources Engineer, Biologist, Forester, or related degree. Experience: Minimum 2 years. Specific knowledge: Demonstrable knowledge and experience with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 50001 (Energy Management) standards. Proficiency in Supreme Decree No. 148/2004 (Hazardous Waste Management \- RESPEL) and use of the SIDREP platform / Ministry of the Environment’s Single Window. Knowledge of refrigerant regulations (leak detection, recycling, disposal) and hazardous substances (NCh 2245\).
