Monitor coverage, attendance, absenteeism, and replacements. Verify staff accreditations and documentation. Manage time sheets, administrative information, and management reports. Coordinate and lead field work teams. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations. Maintain ongoing communication with the client and the operational team. **Requirements:** Proven experience in personnel supervision of at least 2 years. Experience in private security, operations, or services with large staffing. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of document control, attendance tracking, and administrative management. Leadership ability, conflict resolution skills, and decision-making capability.
