We seek an autonomous, strategic profile with strong deal-closing orientation and the ability to accompany customers throughout the entire purchase process, delivering close, technical, and reliable advisory support. **Job Mission** Manage the full real estate asset sales cycle—specifically land plots and parcels—from proactive prospecting, lead generation and follow-up, through to commercial closing and coordination of the deed registration process. The objective is to deliver professional advisory services ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of business goals. **Main Responsibilities** * Proactively prospect new clients and manage assigned leads. * Conduct commercial follow-up with potential buyers. * Advise clients on project features, financing options, and the purchase process. * Coordinate site visits and accompany clients on land plots. * Manage the complete sales cycle up to closing and deed registration. * Use CRM to record progress, opportunities, and commercial activities. * Achieve sales targets and report commercial progress. **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-ticket sales. * Desired experience in sectors such as real estate, automotive, life insurance, premium banking, or other consultative sales services. * Proficiency in CRM tools and commercial closing techniques. * Basic knowledge of real estate law, titles, deed registration, subsidies, and loans. (DESIRABLE) * Valid Class B driver’s license. (MANDATORY) * Personal vehicle and availability for fieldwork. (MANDATORY) * Strong customer orientation, autonomy, perseverance, and results focus. **Job Conditions** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, **09:30–17:30**. * Saturday: **4-hour field shift**, as required by business needs. * Personal transportation required. * Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commissions. * Contract: Fixed-term contract for 3 months + additional fixed-term contract for 3 months. **Available Modalities** **Curicó:** Hybrid model combining remote work and fieldwork on land plots, with occasional meetings at the Santiago office. **Puerto Varas:** On-site work at the office and on land plots. **Ideal Profile** We aim to connect with commercial professionals experienced in consultative sales, accustomed to working with targets, capable of building trust, identifying opportunities, and closing high-value deals.
