Analyze and review the information received from the client (types of departments, quantities, etc.). \- Calculate the required materials for each project according to requirements, criteria, client conditions, current national regulations, and company policy. \- Incorporate material prices into each project under study. \- Generate or adjust quantity calculations in case of reductions, additions, or changes to the project as requested by management. \- Strictly comply with deadlines established by management for timely submission and potential awarding of project execution. \- Resolve and clarify technical questions regarding the project under study directly with management, ensuring a consistently positive relationship. \- Assist in quoting electrical materials with suppliers. \- Notify management of any non-compliance with standards/observations/inconsistencies identified in the project under study, with the aim of proposing and recording technical improvements. \- Visit construction sites to gather information for potential projects to be budgeted, and document findings with photographs and written records. Budget control \- Maintain an updated database of electrical material prices and other relevant factors to provide management with an accurate assessment reflecting actual and current budget costs. \- Record and maintain a database for each project under study, containing all information supplied by the client (Trello). \- Individualize each project under study by contractor, year, or any other parameter to record all relevant information (Excel spreadsheet).
