Job Description As the Maintenance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and controlling the comprehensive maintenance operations of the contracted casino, ensuring the proper functioning of gastronomic equipment, refrigeration systems, and associated infrastructure, while complying with the quality, safety, and operational continuity standards defined by Sodexo and the client. Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the daily execution of comprehensive maintenance services under the contract. * Assign and monitor technical team tasks, ensuring timely response to preventive and corrective requirements. * Supervise work related to electricity, plumbing, infrastructure, painting, carpentry, minor civil works, and general services. * Verify compliance with response times, work orders, and service-defined standards. * Monitor the use of materials, tools, supplies, and resources assigned to the area. * Coordinate with external suppliers or contractors for specialized work execution, when applicable. * Identify operational contingencies, reporting progress, deviations, and support needs to the relevant supervisor. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and risk prevention procedures for each intervention. * Maintain ongoing communication with internal or external clients, responding promptly to operational service requests. Requirements * Residency between Chile’s Second and Fifth Regions. * Degree in Higher Technical Education, Executive Engineering, or a related field in Maintenance, Electricity, or Construction. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in mining. * Experience in maintenance of gastronomic equipment and refrigeration systems. * Availability to work a 4X3 shift schedule. * Medical fitness for working at high geographical altitudes.
