This opportunity is for you! **Job Objective:** Manage, coordinate, and execute innovation projects, ensuring the identification of opportunities, development of solutions, and their effective implementation—through agile methodologies, information analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders—contributing to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainable value generation for the organization. **Main Responsibilities:** Manage innovation projects from opportunity identification through to implementation. Coordinate and lead innovation cells or multidisciplinary teams. Analyze internal and external information to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, or new business models. Design, prototype, and validate innovative solutions using agile methodologies. Manage performance, impact, and return-on-investment indicators for projects. Engage with universities, startups, technology suppliers, and external institutions. Design and execute communication plans for innovation projects. Drive initiatives that strengthen the innovation culture within the organization. Monitor project progress, risks, and deviations, implementing corrective actions. Ensure alignment of projects with organizational strategy and budget. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in project management and/or execution. At least 3 years of total work experience. Mandatory Knowledge Data and management indicator analysis.
