Job Summary: Maintenance personnel responsible for visiting clients to inspect, repair, and resolve requirements, ensuring optimal operation performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. General repairs and comprehensive maintenance 2. Proper use of power tools and knowledge of materials 3. Manual skills, precision, and attention to detail Maintenance staff are responsible for following a scheduled route to visit clients at various locations across the city and address their requirements. This involves inspecting, repairing, and/or providing immediate solutions to ensure optimal operational functionality. For this role, candidates must possess knowledge and experience in general repairs and maintenance, including: painting, plumbing (gasfitting), basic electricity, flooring\-pavement work, furniture assembly and general installation, among others. Additionally, candidates must understand which materials are appropriate for each task and know how to correctly operate power tools. Requirements: * Experience with PVC, PPR, and copper piping * Faucet and drain replacement/installation * Furniture assembly / installation * Ceramic, porcelain tile, and concrete installation/repair * Spackling, joint taping, and painting * Strong manual dexterity * Detail-oriented, meticulous, and precise individual capable of following technical instructions, which may be complex and exacting. * Availability to work flexible hours, including servicing establishments located in shopping malls.
