




**Position: Field Operations Supervisor – Home Services** A **home services** company is seeking a **Field Operations Supervisor** to ensure proper service execution, supervise operational teams, and maintain high quality standards and customer experience. The role is **100% field-based**, with **availability to travel to other regions** and direct contact with teams and customers. **Key responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper execution of home services in the field. * Coordinate and support operational teams. * Resolve operational conflicts with customers and staff in real time. * Monitor quality standards, protocol compliance, and service timelines. * Report incidents and propose operational improvements. * Support the implementation of processes and new operations in other regions. **Requirements:** * Prior experience supervising operational or service teams. * **Conflict resolution and people management skills**. * Strong customer orientation and service quality focus. * **Personal vehicle (mandatory)**. * **Availability to travel to** regions * Ability to work in the field and under pressure. **Desired profile:** * Hands-on, decisive leadership. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Strong communication and decision-making skills. * Experience in service, operations, or logistics companies (preferred). **We offer:** * Indefinite-term contract, 44 hours per week, Monday to Saturday * Salary range **$900,000 – $1,100,000** + bonuses Job type: Full-time Salary: $800,000 – $1,000,000 per month
