The mission of this position is to serve, sell, and collect from preferred segment clients and their relationships through comprehensive advisory services, managing the assets and liabilities of assigned portfolio clients, ensuring achievement of commercial targets, and making all available services and products accessible to achieve client loyalty, asset profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Provide comprehensive advisory services to the assigned portfolio, offering products such as consumer loans, checking accounts, investments, insurance, mortgages, among others. * Properly manage the profitability of the assigned portfolio according to segment. * Contribute to achieving the team’s overall financial targets, pursuing long-term client relationships and portfolio profitability. * Guarantee excellent service quality for the assigned preferred portfolio. To succeed in this position, you need: * A university degree in a field related to commerce. * At least four years of experience working with high-net-worth or affluent clients. * Simplified CAMV certification obtained upon assuming the position.
