Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing, quantifying, and budgeting electrical projects, maintaining updated databases, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and review of client information for electrical projects. 2. Quantification of materials and budgeting of projects, including price integration. 3. Control and maintenance of material cost databases. Analyze and review client-provided information (e.g., types of departments, quantities, etc.). \- Quantify required materials for each project according to requirements, criteria, client conditions, applicable national regulations, and company policy. \- Integrate material prices into each project under study. \- Generate or adjust quantifications in cases of reductions, additions, or changes to the project as requested by management. \- Strictly adhere to deadlines set by management for timely proposal submission and potential project award. \- Resolve and clarify technical questions regarding the project under study directly with management, ensuring consistently positive working relationships. \- Assist in quoting electrical materials with suppliers. \- Alert management to any regulatory non-compliance, observations, or inconsistencies identified in the project under study, with the aim of proposing and recording technical improvements. \- Visit construction sites to gather information for potential budgeting projects, documenting findings via photographs and written records. Budget Control \- Maintain an updated database of electrical material prices and other relevant factors to provide management with budget analyses accurately reflecting current real costs. \- Record and maintain a database for each studied project containing all client-provided information (Trello). \- Individually categorize each studied project by contractor, year, or any other parameter to record all relevant information (Excel spreadsheet).
