Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and charismatic leader to supervise guest services, coordinate team tasks, and ensure smooth hotel operations. Key Highlights: 1. Extensive knowledge of the hotel and its surroundings A hotel located in the commune of Las Condes is looking for a candidate to join our great team. Job Purpose: Assigns tasks to team members and allocates stations to bellhops and porters, while supervising overall guest service quality. Main Responsibilities: * Attends to concierge and/or front desk requests to deliver services or assist guests as needed * Ensures staff meet the chain's basic personal presentation requirements * Records all types of departmental services performed (check-ins, check-outs, room deliveries) in the daily report * Manages guest arrivals by tagging and distributing luggage, and guiding guests to their rooms via bellhops * Supervises elevator operation and lobby cleanliness; reports any anomalies immediately * Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the hotel and its surroundings * Maintains up-to-date information on tourist attractions, shows, nightclubs, and restaurants to recommend to guests upon request * Prepares work schedules for all team members in accordance with current regulations Requirements: * Intermediate-to-advanced English (mandatory) * Prior experience in similar positions * Proactive and charismatic person with a service-oriented attitude * Leadership and teamwork skills Benefits: * Meals provided by the hotel (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner) * Corporate uniform provided by the hotel, including laundry service Rotating shifts 6x1
