Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Manager for BancoEstado Express, responsible for expanding coverage, implementing new services, promoting transactions, and strengthening strategic alliances. Manage teams and optimize work methodologies. **Job Description** ---------------------- BancoEstado Express is looking for a Commercial Manager in Santiago. The objective is to expand the coverage of BEX offices, implement new services for the branch, and increase the number of transactions conducted by each BancoEstado Express branch, as well as strengthen strategic alliances with BancoEstado, its branches, and external entities. Responsibilities: Team Management Responsibilities: * Assign and manage team tasks. * Administer hiring and termination processes. * Supervise, monitor, and evaluate team performance. * Report weekly progress for oneself and the team. * Participate in BEX and bank meetings. * Coach, motivate, and provide feedback. * Evaluate team performance. * Define management indicators and budgets. * Optimize work methodologies. * Develop and update process flows. * Visit offices to track results. * Ensure team indicators are met. Implementation of New Services: * Propose and evaluate new services or receive requests. * Establish alliances with the bank, branches, and external entities. * Analyze feasibility, costs, and pricing. * Draft contractual addenda and operational models with risk management. * Develop process flows and validate them with counterparts. * Monitor pilots using KPIs and control dashboards. * Manage adjustments based on results. * Prepare schedules (Gantt Chart). * Implement, administer, and supervise new services. * Measure performance and drive deployment. * Participate in implementation meetings. * Propose improvements to existing services. Growth of Current Services: * Design and execute campaigns at BEX. * Prepare communication materials and results reports. * Participate in follow-up meetings. * Manage payments to winners. * Apply methodologies to strengthen services. * Develop initiatives with economic evaluation. * Reinforce services onsite with offices. * Coordinate specialists for support. * Monitor campaign execution. BEX Office Coverage: * Identify expansion opportunities. * Conduct estimates, projections, and profitability analysis. * Execute market studies and data analysis. * Prepare financial evaluations and scenarios. * Adjust analyses according to strategic objectives. * Develop business cases. * Participate in coverage meetings. * Evaluate and visit potential locations. * Validate accuracy of calculations and analyses. General Responsibilities: * Visit offices for monitoring, coverage, and commercial reinforcement. * Meet performance indicators. * Optimize work methodologies. * Identify improvements in network and customer experience. * Generate new opportunities through contact with partners and institutions.
