Conduct preventive visits to customers regarding the CNC machines they operate. 2. Advise customers on machine operation and maintenance. 3. Provide maintenance services and address customer questions or correct machine operability issues. 4. Load materials, tools, and programs into the CNC machine. Execute cutting processes according to instructions and drawings. 5. Adjust cutting speed, depth, and path to optimize quality. Monitor and verify dimensions of cut parts. 6. Perform basic maintenance to keep the machine in optimal condition, including cleaning and replacement of worn parts. 7. Inspect final products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain accurate records of all work performed. 8. Adhere to safety, hygiene, and environmental protection standards.
