




At EXTERNALIA we are looking for a DOCUMENT ACCREDITATION MANAGER who meets the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate in Administrative Technician or related fields. \- At least 1 year of experience in administrative positions involving document handling. \- Certified ADVANCED Excel skills, MANDATORY. \- Advanced-level knowledge of Word and PDF. \- Knowledge of cloud-based documentation (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.) \- Experience in digital document management. \- Ability to work under pressure. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Perform administrative tasks. \- Accredit documents through platform. \- Assist in document management (document conversion). \- Database management. \- Excel Macro handling. \- Additional duties as required by the position.
