We are experts in multidisciplinary engineering and risk prevention services and advisory, standing out for our involvement in renewable energy projects, with nearly 20 years in the market and international presence in Chile, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Peru, and other countries. Currently, we are seeking an **HSE Expert** to work in the photovoltaic sector. Our client's office is located in Las Condes. Initial contract for 3 months, with potential extension. **Job Mission:** * Monitor safety and health matters. * Ensure compliance with client/employer standards and national legislation. * Supervise and ensure implementation of safety and health measures on site. * Coordinate local companies and personnel regarding safety, resolve safety incidents and preventive issues, propose improvements in the mentioned areas, review work instructions, coordinate the prevention plan, training activities, etc. * Collaborate in providing training to all site personnel through educational safety and health induction talks, as well as procedures to follow in case of accidents. * Manage and implement the management system to comply with national legal standards, and adapt formats if required. Likewise, if necessary, collaborate with the assigned HSE team to prepare the required documentation for the project. * Daily visit records, including minimum content such as report of ongoing activities, preventive and corrective actions, photographs, and signature. * Daily site inspections, ensuring compliance with minimum HSE requirements. * Manage subcontractor mobilization to the project (from a preventive standpoint). * Manage, create, and update work permits for project activities according to country-specific requirements, client and employer standards. * Participate in daily briefing meetings on site activity scheduling, and prepare, together with the rest of the team, the necessary documentation to enable timely execution of work. * Participate in incident reporting and investigations according to client and employer criteria, always adhering to the country's legal regulations. **What are we looking for in you to join this opportunity?** * Degree in Engineering or Technical Studies in Risk Prevention. * Essential: at least 3 years of experience as HSE. * Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Desirable knowledge in renewable energies (photovoltaic and wind). * Flexibility to occasionally visit field projects. Other conditions: * 44-hour weekly working schedule, Monday to Friday. * When visiting projects, a company vehicle and accommodation in the area will be provided.
