Operating since 2014\. ### **DESCRIPTION** Position: Merchandising Workshop Operator Technician Location: On-site ? Macul, Santiago. Schedule: Full-time. Salary: Approx. $550\.000 (subject to evaluation based on unit development and growth). Contract: Initial fixed-term probationary contract (30 to 60 days) with renewal option. Job Description We are seeking a technical and hands-on professional to lead the launch of our internal graphic production and merchandising workshop. The primary responsibility will be operating manufacturing equipment, controlling component quality, and adapting brand digital files to ensure high-standard final products. Key Responsibilities: Workshop Operations: Manufacturing and quality control of customized items (mug and t-shirt sublimation, laser cutting/engraving, 3D printing, badges, stickers, etc.). Technical Adaptation: Adjusting vector files (dimensions, bleeds, color profiles) and proposing technical or visual improvements to existing graphics to optimize production. Supplies Management: Monitoring and inventorying materials, managing waste, and performing basic preventive maintenance on equipment. Requirements: Experience: Demonstrable operational proficiency in graphic production techniques (sublimation, screen printing, laser cutting, or 3D printing). Tools: Proficiency in vector software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Inkscape or similar) for editing and preparing pre-press files. Aptitudes: Keen eye for detail, manual precision, and strong orientation toward finished-product quality.
