Job Summary: A major logistics company is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead a team, monitor temperatures, and ensure product and process quality in refrigerated storage. Key Highlights: 1. A leading company in logistics and refrigerated storage seeks to hire a Quality Supervisor for its operations in San Antonio. Main Responsibilities: * Lead the inspection team, monitor on-site temperatures, and cross-check data across systems (WMS vs. SCC). * Plan and conduct stock, raw material, and non-conforming product inspections. * Ensure cargo temperature compliance, manage pre-cooling chambers, verify labeling, and coordinate special shipments. * Schedule shifts, deliver food safety/safety inductions, and support internal audits and pest control. Requirements: * Degree in Food Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles with team leadership responsibilities. * Knowledge of HACCP and IFS Logistics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with certification systems and quality management. Conditions: * Work location: San Antonio. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs.
