We are looking for our next Store Manager to join our team and assume a key role in store management. We seek a professional with retail experience, team leadership skills, and a results-oriented mindset—someone capable of ensuring smooth store operations, achieving commercial objectives, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. **What will be your primary challenge?** Plan, direct, and monitor the store’s overall operations—ensuring achievement of commercial targets, proper resource management, compliance with internal procedures, and delivery of high-quality service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Organize, direct, and supervise the store team, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures. * Monitor achievement of key business indicators (KPIs), including commercial, financial, and customer service metrics. * Manage and control the store’s cash flow and resources, preventing losses and deviations. * Ensure full compliance with current regulations and protocols defined by central departments. * Resolve complex customer situations, guaranteeing appropriate service aligned with company standards. * Be responsible for the store’s profit and loss statement, considering retail, finance, service quality, loss prevention, and people management variables. * Continuously uphold the store’s and brand’s proper image. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **What are we looking for in the candidate?** * Completed university degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related field (mandatory). * Retail experience, preferably in store management roles (mandatory). * Experience leading sales and operations teams. * Knowledge of commercial management, retail KPIs, and basic financial control.
