Coordinate safety initiatives to promote a preventive culture **Job Description** ---------------------- Echeverría Izquierdo is seeking a Sernageomin Category B Expert for a newly awarded project. You will be responsible for directing and leading matters related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. Responsibilities: * Plan, lead, coordinate, and control the comprehensive management of Occupational Safety and Health for the contract. * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations, Technical Specifications, client standards, and corporate policies related to safety and health. * Define, implement, and monitor occupational safety and health programs, ensuring their proper execution. * Manage the identification, assessment, and control of risks associated with contract operations. * Lead incident and accident investigation processes, ensuring root cause analysis. * Design and implement corrective and preventive action plans, tracking their implementation and effectiveness. * Coordinate the execution of safety initiatives with operational and support departments, promoting a preventive culture within the organization. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar positions. * Education: Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or a related field. Technical Competencies: * Certified as Sernageomin, Category B (mandatory) * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of regulations and laws related to OSH (Occupational Safety and Health). * Ability to handle statistics and management reports. * Internal Auditor for ISO 45001\. * Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience * Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or a related field. * Sernageomin Category B **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted through Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
