At **Edelpa**, a leader in flexible packaging manufacturing, we are seeking a **Senior Technical Laboratory Supervisor** for our plant located in the commune of Maipú. The main challenge of this role is to lead technical laboratory activities, ensuring process and product quality, while delivering specialized technical support and effective solutions to internal and external customers. We seek a professional with analytical capability, leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset—someone who contributes to developing new solutions and strengthening our excellence standards. Other Responsibilities: * Analyze technical issues reported by customers and internally * Validate raw materials through testing * Perform material analysis methods * Issue heavy metal declarations, food safety certificates, and Certificates of Conformance (COC) as requested by customers and regulatory requirements * Create substrate and coating codes, audit packaging machines, perform substrate grammage measurements. Among other assigned duties. Requirements: Chemical Technician or University graduate, Quality Control. Knowledge of Polyethylene resins. Knowledge of adhesives, substrates, coatings; understanding of packaging machine operation and chemistry.
