Leadership, organization, and effective communication **Job Description** We are seeking a **Senior Project Engineer** to participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring achievement of technical objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role will involve active participation in team coordination and in identifying solutions for various project challenges. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate projects from initiation through execution and closure. * Develop and monitor **schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables**. * Coordinate technical teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments involved. * Monitor progress, identify deviations, and propose timely corrective actions. * Review technical documentation, specifications, drawings, and project-related background materials. * Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and reports for clients and management. * Identify improvement opportunities and manage risks to ensure efficient and safe project execution. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Engineering**, or a related field. * **4 to 7 years of experience** in project planning, coordination, or execution. * Experience in end-to-end project management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of planning, cost control, resource management, and project KPIs. * Proficiency with tools such as **Excel, MS Project, Power BI**, or other management platforms. * Ability to interpret technical documentation and track progress. * Leadership, organizational skills, effective communication, analytical capability, and results orientation.
