We seek to bring onboard a **Senior Developer** who not only writes code but is also capable of **making technical decisions, challenging proposals, solving complex problems, and taking ownership of the quality of the built product**. **What will be your challenge?** You will join a small technical team and play a key role in developing digital solutions and assets. Your responsibility will go beyond writing code: we expect you to **understand the problem, propose a solution, evaluate alternatives, make architectural decisions, and ensure the built solution meets defined technical standards**. You will work directly with Technical Leadership and provide technical mentorship to junior profiles. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop digital solutions and assets through direct involvement in implementation. * Design and evaluate architectural and technical design solutions. * Review code and identify quality, security, authorization, data handling, and API contract issues. * Define and apply technical standards and development best practices. * Translate business needs into clear, verifiable technical specifications. * Participate in defining the architecture for each project. * Make technical decisions and justify them. * Review and correct implementations before production deployment. * Provide technical mentorship to junior developers. * Participate in evolving the team’s practices, tools, and standards. * Use AI tools to accelerate development without compromising technical quality. **Mandatory Requirements** We require proven experience in: * **5\+ years developing production software.** * **Node.js \+ TypeScript or JavaScript** at the backend level. * **React**, with ability to review, intervene in, and correct code. * **SQL and relational databases.** * Data modeling and versioned migrations. * At least one public cloud: **AWS, GCP, or Azure**. * Operational experience in deployments, permissions, logs, and cloud cost control. * **Git**, branching, and Pull Requests as standard practice. * Experience with **CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines**. * Experience making architectural decisions and ability to explain and technically defend those decisions. * Experience working with systems that reached production and remained operational. **Nice-to-have experience includes** * **NestJS** or another structured backend framework. * **GCP / Cloud Run / Cloud SQL / PostgreSQL.** * Row Level Security (RLS). * **Multi\-tenant** architectures. * Production system migrations without service interruption. * Observability and incident management. * APIs and integrations. * Regular use of **Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code**, or other AI-powered programming assistants. **Prior experience with AI tools is not required**, but interest and willingness to incorporate them into the development process are essential. **What are we looking for in you?** More than someone who simply executes tickets, we seek a person with **technical judgment and autonomy**.
