We are currently seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist for our plant located in Gorbea. Job Responsibilities \- Specific 1\. Lead the implementation of the risk prevention program, monitor indicators, and manage unsafe conditions. 2\. Advise on the selection and updating of personal protective equipment (PPE). 3\. Coordinate training courses with the Mutual and promote continuous training for employees and joint committees, managing support with HR. 4\. Implement and verify compliance with Ministry of Health (Minsal) protocols applicable to the agricultural sector (TMERT, pesticides, UV, Prexor, MMC, psychosocial, high and extreme temperatures). 5\. Report, investigate, and document occupational accidents and diseases, proposing improvements and meeting deadlines. 6\. Maintain monthly statistics on accidents and occupational diseases, analyze accident rates, and project the additional contribution rate. 7\. Represent the company and respond to requirements from the Administrator of Law No. 16,744 and competent regulatory bodies. Requirement Academic Qualification Complementary ? Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering. (PEC Auditor) Requirement Experience ? 1 \- 2 years of experience. ? Residency in Gorbea or Pitrufquén.
