Job Mission: Properly control the receipt of raw materials entering the plant, as well as closing and POS controls, following strict quality, productivity standards, and ensuring product yield. Requirements: 1\. Valid Quality Monitor Course and/or HACCP \- POS \- PAC certification. 1\. Completed Secondary Education. 2\. At least 1 \- 2 years of experience in the role within salmon processing plants. 3\. Availability for rotating shifts. 4\. Must reside in Puerto Montt. Salary: Base salary \+ production bonus subject to attendance and performance. Fixed-term contract with possibility of direct internalization with the company.
