Ensure efficient and reliable supply for operations. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Procurement and Supply Manager** to lead procurement planning and management, ensuring timely supply of raw materials, supplies, spare parts, and services required for operations. The role is responsible for optimizing costs, strengthening supplier relationships, and maintaining efficient and reliable supply. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and oversee procurement of raw materials, supplies, materials, spare parts, and services according to operational needs. * Negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with domestic suppliers. * Evaluate and develop suppliers, ensuring appropriate standards of quality, cost, and compliance. * Coordinate with Production, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance to anticipate requirements and prevent stockouts. * Supervise purchase orders, deliveries, material receipt, and resolution of discrepancies or non-compliance. * Analyze acquisition costs, consumption, and inventory levels to identify cost-saving opportunities. * Prepare procurement reports, supply performance indicators, and improvement proposals to optimize processes. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management**, or related field. * **3 to 5 years of experience** in procurement, supply, or sourcing, preferably in agro-industrial or manufacturing companies. * Experience leading negotiations and managing suppliers. * Knowledge of procurement planning, inventory control, and supplier evaluation. * Proficiency in **Excel and ERP systems**. * Ability to analyze costs and conduct commercial negotiations. * Organizational skills, leadership, effective communication, and results orientation.
