The purpose of this position is to execute the production and harvest operation control program, safeguarding compliance with safety and environmental standards, production targets, quality, and community commitments, while ensuring optimal management of the team under the incumbent’s supervision and fulfillment of performance goals associated with the role itself. Additionally, we provide shuttle buses along the following routes: Southern Route 5 (Chillán, Bulnes, Mulchén, Los Ángeles, Collipulli, Victoria, Temuco, Freire Loncoche, Máfil, Lanco), Coastal Route (Concepción, Curanilahue, Coronel, San Pedro, Santa Juana, Nacimiento, Angol), and Southern Route (Osorno, La Unión, Collico, and Llongo). REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical Professional or Executive Engineer degree in forestry-related fields, engineering, or operations (Mandatory); \- 3 years’ experience in forest harvesting operations, including direct supervision of personnel (Mandatory); \- Class B driver’s license (Mandatory); \- Certification for driving 4x4 vehicles; \- Availability to work under rotating shift systems; \- Willingness to relocate between regions.
