**Production Monitor (1 vacancy)** **Production Support Workers** ======================================================================================= ### **CONTACT INFORMATION** **Company:** FLSmidth **Economic Activity:** Extraction of other mines and quarries n.e.c. ### **DESCRIPTION** In this team, you will be responsible for leading a team of production personnel and machinery in the assigned manufacturing area, demonstrating leadership in safety, quality, and productivity through example and application of company standards. Responsibilities: Participate in and lead product manufacturing together with your team. Achieve production output and on-time delivery as requested by the planning department, always considering safety, quality, and productivity. Request resources and materials, managing them to achieve the required production goals. Report and communicate shift-to-shift production results, man-hours, materials used, scrap, and any operational issues. Participate in meetings with the planning department, report progress status, and set product delivery dates when program modifications are required. Actively contribute to a continuous improvement culture within the area by proposing and implementing ideas to enhance processes regarding safety, quality, and productivity. Encourage subordinate participation in process improvements and recognize operators' contributions. Ensure compliance with the company's safety, hygiene, occupational health, environmental, and quality policies and regulations, including RIOHS. Requirements: Completed secondary education; medium or higher-level technician or university degree in fields related to production processes. Two years of experience leading manufacturing processes. Residence in the Valparaíso region. Availability to work three different shifts: Monday to Saturday from 7:00 to 14:00; Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:30; and Monday to Friday from 22:30 to 7:00\.
