Additionally, this role contributes to monitoring operational and financial performance, providing support to internal and external customers, and coordinating operational resources. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure the timely departure of transportation vehicles. * Monitor logistics processes related to deliveries, pickups, and goods flow within the facility. * Provide customer service and support regarding delivery status inquiries, supplies, and operational requirements. * Collect, analyze, and report financial and operational information to support managerial decision-making. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and productivity objectives. * Coordinate and provide guidance to third-party personnel, including drivers and operational support staff. * Collaborate with Operations and Transportation teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in distribution processes. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities and performance metrics. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or warehouse management. * Knowledge of operational indicators and data analysis. * Coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in dynamic, deadline-driven environments. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Experience leading or coordinating external personnel or service providers. * Advanced English (Mandatory) * Remote work **Core Competencies** * Results Orientation * Planning and Organization * Teamwork * Leadership and Influence * Analytical Thinking and Decision-Making * Customer Focus * Continuous Improvement * Operational Excellence **Employment Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
