Position Summary: We are seeking a Curriculum Development Head to lead the design, updating, and continuous improvement of our educational offerings, ensuring their quality. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the design, updating, and evaluation of academic programs and study plans. 2. Promote the implementation of the Competency-Based Education approach. 3. Advise schools and academic teams on curriculum-related matters. At CFT Juan, we seek a professional for the position of **Curriculum Development Head**, who has **led or directly participated in the design and updating of academic programs and study plans at higher education institutions**, to guide the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our educational offerings, ensuring their quality and alignment with the Institutional Educational Model. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the design, updating, and evaluation of academic programs, study plans, graduate profiles, and course syllabi. * Design and validate curriculum maps, competency matrices, and learning outcomes. * Lead curriculum innovation and improvement processes. * Promote the implementation of the Competency-Based Education approach. * Advise schools and academic teams on curriculum-related matters. * Lead curriculum development and adaptation for face-to-face and online modalities. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Education, Curriculum, Instructional Design, or a related field. * **Experience in designing and updating academic programs, study plans, graduate profiles, curriculum maps, and course syllabi at higher education institutions.** * Knowledge of and experience applying the Competency-Based Education approach. * Experience in technical-professional higher education and quality assurance processes will be valued. **Face-to-face modality | 42-hour weekly work schedule.** **Indicate salary expectations when applying.** Salary: $1 \- $10 per month Workplace: On-site employment
