The role will be responsible for field teams, contractors, and resources, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, quality, and safety. **Key Responsibilities** * Direct and supervise **construction execution**, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and work schedules. * Coordinate field teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Plan and allocate resources, materials, equipment, and personnel according to site requirements. * Monitor progress, productivity, costs, and milestone achievement, proactively managing deviations. * Review technical documentation, drawings, and construction procedures, coordinating solutions for execution challenges. * Supervise on-site compliance with **quality, safety, and risk prevention** standards. * Prepare progress reports and maintain continuous coordination with technical office, engineering, and administration. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Civil Construction, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering**, or related field. * **5 to 8 years of experience** in construction project execution and supervision. * Experience leading field teams and coordinating contractors and subcontractors. * Knowledge of construction planning, cost control, scheduling, and resource management. * Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. * Knowledge of safety, quality, and risk prevention practices on construction sites.
