In this role, you will play a key part in the company’s operational transformation and optimization, driving continuous improvement projects within the Distribution Management department. Your primary objective in this role will be to assess and develop continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing departmental processes, actively contributing to operational efficiency and sustained market growth, always aligned with our internal control policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Map process flows across various projects to optimize resources and enhance productivity. * Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and service excellence, designing and proposing strategic plans and initiatives. * Evaluate each project financially and operationally to define priorities based on concrete data. * Develop resource planning models, KPIs, incentive systems, statistics, and reports to support decision-making. * Conduct ongoing analysis and monitoring of operational projects using Gantt charts and management indicators, ensuring timely delivery. Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field. **Experience:** 0–2 years of professional experience in similar roles or within the field. **Technical Tools:** Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. **Methodologies:** Knowledge of project methodologies and BPMN. **Preferred:** Familiarity with SQL and Power Query.
