Today, we are looking for our next **Training Analyst** to join the **People Management team**, who will play a key role in contributing to the **strengthening of the training team** at Viña Concha y Toro, **ensuring** the highest **quality** and **timeliness of learning** in each of the plans, **programs, and courses** developed, with the goal of **generating the necessary competencies** for the **optimal job performance** of employees and the satisfaction of internal and external customers. **What will your main challenges be?** * Collaborate in the design and execution of Training Plans, aiming to contribute to the development of company employees by managing courses and training activities according to assigned internal clients. * Develop and enhance the e-learning Knowledge Center, actively participating in the proposal, validation, and creation of online learning courses and resources, ensuring alignment with the training strategy. * Execute and coordinate various processes related to training management, including course registration with OTIC, purchase order requests and follow-up, billing control, registration on official platforms (SENCE, direct investment), and effectiveness measurement according to the Kirkpatrick model. * Support the management of special programs promoted by the Company, such as the Language Program, Study Scholarship Program, and the corporate webinar program "Liderando el Cambio", ensuring their proper implementation. * Manage and monitor corporate induction and job-specific induction processes for new employees within the responsible Management areas, ensuring adequate support from their entry into the organization. **What do you need to join the team?** * Degree in Business Engineering, Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Up to 1 year of experience in HR areas. * Ideally, practical experience in Training or HR. * Intermediate Excel skills (mandatory). **Where and how will you work?** * **Location:** Las Condes. * **Modality:** Hybrid. * **Workload:** 40 hours. * **Contract:** External with OTIC Chile Vinos At Viña Concha y Toro, we believe in the power of every individual to contribute to a greater purpose.
