Opportunity to positively impact a leading food company. **Job Description** ---------------------- Process attendance and absenteeism records of plant personnel to provide accurate and timely data for the monthly payroll cycle. Attendance Monitoring: Daily supervision of the accuracy of entry and exit timestamps within industrial facilities. Data Processing: Input and consolidate employee shift and schedule distribution into the organization's internal software. Inconsistency Resolution: Rectify detected timestamp errors based on validations provided by direct supervisors. Monthly Cycle Closure: Validate permission and absence information prior to salary processing, issuing alerts regarding contractual deadlines. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Commercial Engineering * At least one year of experience in roles with headcount exceeding 500 * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of SAP (desirable) **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
