QUALITY PROCESS CONTROL SUPERVISOR An important exporter of fresh fruit, strawberry in particular, is looking to incorporate a Quality Process Control Supervisor into its quality team, who will be responsible for ensuring the correct dosage of sanitizers and fungicides, as well as temperature control in our packing plant. This role will be key in managing and coordinating the water and temperature quality control team, ensuring food safety, compliance with standards, and raising alerts when necessary. ✔ Responsibilities: - Plan and supervise water and temperature sampling within the plant. - Coordinate the quality control team, ensuring complete and auditable records. - Carry out and supervise tank dosing, and raise alerts in case of temperature deviations when applicable. - Supervise temperature control activities, ensuring proper sampling. - Contact and coordinate with suppliers in case of failures or maintenance needs. - Ensure proper washing and handling of agrochemical containers. - Conduct safety talks and promote good practices within the team. ✔ Requirements: - Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Agricultural Technician qualification. - Experience in packing processes and process line dosages (mandatory). - Knowledge of agrochemical applications. - Proficiency in Excel and intermediate computer skills. - Experience leading and supervising work teams.
