Currently, Clínica RedSalud Iquique is seeking a Pharmacy Analyst responsible for supporting the operational and analytical management of the Pharmacy Department, contributing to continuous process improvement and achievement of organizational objectives. Key responsibilities: Document, analyze, and validate workflows together with operational teams across various clinics. Manage and prioritize requirements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with standards. Actively participate in continuous improvement and operational optimization initiatives. Collect, analyze, and interpret information to support decision-making. Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and process tracking. Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and information control. Support database-related processes and information migration. Job requirements: Higher Technical Degree in Administration or related field. At least 1 year of experience in similar roles. Residence in the Tarapacá Region (mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Knowledge of databases and information migration. Desired: Experience in process elicitation and modeling (flowcharting).
