Main Functions: Manage academic and administrative processes of the program, including teaching planning, addressing student and faculty requests, and coordinating on-campus academic operations. Support faculty development by mentoring teaching-learning processes, promoting methodological innovation, and delivering courses in accordance with the institutional educational model. Supervise practical training and formative activities, ensuring compliance with institutional standards and managing partnerships with external organizations. Participate in coordination committees and decision-making forums, representing the program’s needs. Manage resources, research projects, community outreach, annual budget planning, and other duties assigned by leadership. Requirements: Professional degree in Occupational Therapy. Advanced proficiency in academic and curricular management, faculty management, evaluation, and quality assurance. Intermediate proficiency in teaching-learning methodological strategies and office software. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience. Desirable: Experience leading academic teams and professional practice related to the program. Conditions: On-site position at the Chillán campus, 40-hour workweek.
