You will achieve this by: º Preparing financial and management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information. º Monitoring budget execution, identifying variances, and supporting implementation of corrective actions. º Analyzing revenues, costs, and expenses to assess project financial performance. º Designing and updating customized reports in coordination with the BI team. º Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and profitability of business unit projects. º Supporting meetings with business units to review progress and challenges. º Providing support and training on financial data recording and analysis. º Conducting controls and audits to verify information quality and consistency. º Identifying improvements in financial processes and collaborating on their implementation. º Presenting reports and findings to business unit managers for decision-making.
