Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Analyst to design and improve solutions and provide technical support to users, optimizing the company's systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and improve IT solutions to optimize systems and processes 2. Provide on-site and remote technical support to users 3. We are currently seeking a new IT Analyst to join our team and work with us on the following responsibilities: \- Design and improve IT solutions to optimize the company's systems and processes. \- Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, managing accounts, access rights, and hardware and software resources. \- Support daily operations and collaborate as a team, including travel to various work sites across the Metropolitan Region (RM) and other regions to ensure proper network and equipment functionality. Required Skills and Knowledge: \- Service orientation and user support focus. \- Proactivity and initiative. \- Adaptability to dynamic environments. \- Continuous learning and technological updating. \- Responsibility and commitment to operational continuity. \- Proficiency in various Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 platforms. \- Active Directory. \- Knowledge of structured cabling. Additional Considerations: \- 100% on-site, rotating among sales offices in the region.
