We are looking for a **QA Analyst** expert in defining, designing, and structuring Test Plans and Test Cases, with **ISTQB certification** (*1 day onsite, 4 days remote, Las Condes*). **Key Responsibilities** * Create and deliver documentation, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), and detailed test cases to the development team prior to coding commencement. * Model test plans tailored to the specific business rules of the project and involved systems. * Design test cases using formal techniques (black-box/white-box, boundary value analysis, decision tables, state transition diagrams, etc.). * Execute technical tests on APIs/services, databases, and UI, validating each functional and non-functional aspect. * Log, document, and rigorously track defects and quality milestones using Jira and Agile Testing tools. **Required Skills and Knowledge** Analytical thinking and technical judgment for test design, assertive communication, collaborative teamwork, autonomy, proactivity to unblock issues, and results orientation in high-velocity environments. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Functional QA (\+ 3 years). * ISTQB certification (Foundation Level / Advanced Test Analyst or equivalent) — **Strictly mandatory.** * Proficiency in developing Test Plans (IEEE 829 / ISTQB standard) and DoR / DoD criteria. * In-depth knowledge of Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM). * API/service testing: Postman, SoapUI, or Insomnia (endpoints, collections, JSON/XML payloads, response codes). * Databases: SQL queries (joins, aggregations, validation of persistence and integrity). * Expert-level use of Jira and Agile test management tools. **Desirable:** * Understanding of automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright) and CI/CD architecture. **What Can We Offer You?** * We want you to have a unique experience, so we offer: * Join a high-caliber, multidisciplinary team. * Expand your professional development through training, coaching, and mentoring. * Promote work-life balance. * Be part of a regionally recognized company with global presence. * Work within a multicultural culture that fosters inclusion and diversity.
