Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Quality Analyst to perform manual testing on web and mobile applications, manage tickets in Jira, and collaborate on continuous quality improvement. Flexible and remote work environment with continuous training **Join our team as a Functional Quality Analyst at Aeolabs.** **Responsibilities** * Execute manual tests on web and mobile applications (iOS and Android), ensuring proper functionality of new features and enhancements. * Manage and track assigned tickets in Jira according to the team-defined workflow. * Analyze functional requirements and acceptance criteria to design and execute test cases. * Validate end\-to\-end user flows, identifying potential issues before production release. * Report bugs, findings, improvements, and optimization opportunities, documenting them clearly and in detail. * Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing. * Collaborate with Development, Product, and Design teams to ensure delivery quality. * Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. **Requirements** * Prior experience in functional quality analysis. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and testing tools. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. * Strong communication and reporting skills. **Benefits** * We offer a flexible and remote work environment. * You will have access to continuous training and professional development. * Participation in innovative and challenging projects.
