Data Analyst (Data Analyst) About the Role Are you interested in transforming data into actionable insights for decision-making and working in an environment where your analyses directly impact the business? At **TresA Digital Operations and Business Solutions**, we are looking for a **Data Analyst (Data Analyst)** to join our team in Las Condes, Santiago. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational and commercial data, developing reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and delivering insights to improve processes and support data-driven decisions. We seek someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience using tools such as **Excel, SQL, and Power BI**. Key Responsibilities * Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources. * Create and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support business management. * Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. * Develop queries and analyses using **SQL**. * Create visualizations and dashboards using **Power BI** or other Business Intelligence tools. * Use Excel for analysis, data cross-referencing, pivot tables, and reporting. * Monitor KPIs and operational metrics. * Detect inconsistencies and support data quality improvement initiatives. * Prepare clear reports and presentations for different organizational departments. * Collaborate with operations, administration, finance, and other business teams. * Automate reports and repetitive tasks where possible. * Translate business requirements into interpretable analyses and metrics. * Support continuous improvement projects through data-driven insights. Requirements * Technical or professional education in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields. * Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, Business Intelligence, or similar roles. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Practical knowledge of **SQL**. * Experience using **Power BI**, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools. * Ability to interpret information and communicate conclusions clearly. * Attention to detail and commitment to data quality. * Strong organizational and priority management skills. Meeting 100% of the requirements is not mandatory. If you have a solid foundation in data analysis and experience with several of these tools, we would like to learn more about your profile. Preferred Qualifications * Experience building automated dashboards and reports. * Proficiency in Power Query. * Knowledge of data modeling. * Experience with Python or R for data analysis. * Understanding of ETL processes. * Experience working with operational, commercial, or financial KPIs. * Familiarity with relational databases. * Experience identifying optimization opportunities through data.
